Domenic graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2003, having completed a Bachelor of Law & Arts combined with a Double Major in Psychology. He moved to Melbourne in 2005 in order to further his litigation career and obtain further opportunities to help and represent the many disadvantaged and under privileged groups. He was employed from 2005 to 2013 with well known litigation firm Clark Toop and Taylor, becoming a Senior Associate in 2011. He has gained fantastic outcomes for clients over the years fighting difficult litigation cases in most jurisdictions in Victoria. He has practiced in a number of areas including all personal injury matters such as WorkCover, Comcare, TAC, Public Liability, Medical Malpractice, Crimes Compensation, Discrimination, Civil and Employment disputes, Wills and estate litigation and insurance disputes.
